I recently completed Joel Jamieson’s Bioforce Conditioning Coach certification course. Joel Jamieson is an authority on strength, conditioning, and energy systems, and he’s got the pedigree of athletes to prove it. I was excited to be one of the first to take and complete his conditioning coach program based on his years training MMA and team athletes. The course offers the science behind the application, and it offers plenty of real-world applications for athletes, weekend warriors, and those of us who just want fitness to enhance our quality of life.
