Question – What should I do if I hit a plateau and adapted to HIIT and my diet is pescatarian?

Question – My goal is to lose fat, tone up, and maintain my weight loss long term. HIIT was initially effective then I plateaued. I eat pescatarian and watch my carbs. Answer – It sounds like you mean you have lost some weight but want to lose more? Or perhaps you have gained back some that you initially lost with your new diet/exercise? Question – What is the best approach for me to reduce belly fat for good, considering I have knee pain?

Answer – Three things to clarify first: Losing belly fat is about changing your diet and reducing stress. Knee mobility varies a lot, so the solution for activity varies widely. To be successful in the long run you’ll need to educate yourself. Exercise Physical activity and exercise will do little to remove belly fat (subcutaneous fat, the stuff you can pinch). But he has done over 5500 bariatric surgeries, including children, and he gave a talk at the LCHF Convention in South Africa in...

How Many Died Because of Corporate Payoffs to Harvard Scientists and the Egos of Ideologues?

After watching the video The Perfect Human Diet, I had a few questions. One was about the change from the low-carb diet routinely prescribed by doctors for chronic conditions since 1863. The movie explains that Banting researched and wrote a book that became the accepted paradigm in treating obesity and chronic conditions that accompanied it, but that all changed in the 1960s. The video doesn’t explain why. That information was not relevant to the video’s purpose. It’s entirely relevant to mine, seeing as my daily fight with clients, my children, my doctors, and online trolls is to refute decades of poor...
