It is either a cold miserable winter day or a chance to learn to cross country ski. It is either a boring meal of roast and vegetables or a gift to spend time with loved ones over a bounty of food many people would literally kill for. Some great (if rather harsh in its entirety) advice from a fitness blogger I read recently. What I like is that last sentiment. When my clients groan about their workout, I’ll tell them,”Let’s celebrate your fitness today!”
