Our fall series for small group training is underway. We’ve shifted from heavy strength training to solid conditioning for the next 8 weeks.
Each metcon combines compound strength exercise, conditioning circuit, and a final core blast. The work outs range from 35-45 minutes.
Our 35-minute Leg Day & Armblaster was pretty awful…if by “awful” you mean AWESOME! No really, it was awful, so it will stay in the rotation. In other words, it hit some of our weak points, so we need to do more. We felt it for days in our glutes and shoulders.
