I’ve posted a few work out videos on the Gym Page. You may have seen these videos of me on social media.
These are my two favorite work outs: Incredible Hulk and Cindy. Hulk is more strength/power. Cindy is more conditioning. Both build strength and aerobic capacity. Both are high intensity, and both are short and simple. If you want simple, repeatable routines you can do at home to get and stay conditioned and strong, watch these videos and then do the work outs. I do these work outs frequently. In fact they’ve been pretty much all I’ve been doing for my own work outs for 6 months.
