Sessions bought through the session packages do not expire week-to-week* and may be used at your convenience in coordination with trainer availability (i.e. once per week, twice per week, once every two weeks, etc). Sessions are scheduled to run 45 minutes and can be adjusted to fit the time and needs of the client.

Training through the monthly club includes 1 session per week that does not roll over if missed, although a make up session may be scheduled if there is trainer availability. Sessions are scheduled to run 45 minutes and can be adjusted to fit the time and needs of the client.
Monthly Subscription $160/month
- All training by appointment only. Please, no drop-ins.
- Clients may join small group sessions for no additional fee.
- Clients may text/call to reserve the studio for solo work outs throughout the duration of their training for no additional fee.
- All payments and subscriptions are managed by the client through PayPal.
- We are happy to provide you with invoices for tax purposes or employee benefits.
