Session Changes for Spring


We’ve made some schedule changes for the spring. Please note the time change to Tuesday and Saturday groups.

Strength sessions are offered every day except Mondays and Fridays (but you may always schedule a DIY session any day. Text Teresa for details.). Our spring work out includes a 3-day split routine, and we want you to have every opportunity to keep up the pace. Friends don’t let friends skip leg day! 

Strength Squad Times:

  • Tuesday Mornings 5:30-6:30am
  • Tuesday Evenings 4:45-6pm
  • Wednesday Evenings 5:15-6pm
  • Thursday Mornings 5:30-6:30am
  • Saturday Mornings 9-11:00am
  • Sunday Mornings 10-11am


Murph is not on the schedule but you may perform it during Strength Squad. Just let Teresa know what you’d like to do so she can prepare the studio. Murph will be back at a regular time for prep leading into Memorial Day.
