SMALL GROUP CALENDAR

This calendar is updated as necessary. Please plan ahead and text ahead for each group. You must be a client to attend one of our small groups; clients may bring a family member or friend. Attendance and questions should be texted to Teresa at 319.325.4000.

STRENGTH TRAINING


STRENGTH SQUAD (Teresa)
MORNINGS – Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30am-6:30am
EVENINGS – Wednesdays 5:15pm-6:00pm
WEEKENDS – Saturdays 10am-11:30am

Splits, full body, aerobic, WODs, HIIT, or strength training work outs. Work outs are personalized for client goals but clients share the studio.

WODNESDAY (Teresa)
EVENINGS Wednesdays 5:15pm-5:45pm

We perform together one 12-30 minute high-intensity Crossfit WOD selected from the heroes, benchmarks, qualifiers, and girls. Clients may participate in the WOD, then perform a strength routine to finish out the session. Concurrent with STRENGTH SQUAD, and clients may chose not to participate in the WOD.

We provide guided work outs with printed sheets or DVDs. Exercise when it’s convenient for you. This is a private session and the studio is reserved for you.


HOME & TRAVELING WORK OUTS


Teresa provides guided work outs with printed or emailed sheets with exercise list, video demonstrations, and tracking sheets. By appointment.
