No, I’m not saying avoid pie or turkey or stuffing. (Okay, maybe stuffing.) But enjoy yourself. Over-enjoy even. In my opinion, celebrations should never be tempered. Neither should your workout.
So my philosophy this week will be EAT. Workout. EAT. Workout. EAT. Workout. And drink a few good stouts. We’ll be running the Studio every day but Thursday.

- Shannon’s SGT on Tuesday and Friday.
- The Cedar Rapids Women’s SGT on Friday and Saturday.
- Personal Training sessions all week.
